With the combination of current I&T infrastructure and GIS capabilities, it is our goal to streamline internal and external services in a manner that will improve organizational efficiency and service delivery to the public.

The Town of Normal provides free wireless networks at several municipal facilities and in Uptown Normal. "Normal Wi-Fi" is the Town's free outdoor wireless network that is available around Uptown Normal. Use it to find places to shop, eat, or just connect with others.
