The latest smart city technology available to cities takes care of an often-overlooked group in our communities: our pets. DogSpot provides an innovative solution to cities for the safe, temporary accommodation of dogs in commercial areas. Acknowledging the growing numbers of dogs in urban areas, we strive to meet the unique needs of urban dog owners while also supporting local economies.
Our hi-tech dog house, the DogSpot, sits outside of businesses that can’t allow dogs inside and turns them into dog-friendly destinations, driving economic activity to Main Street. Current workarounds to “No Pets Allowed” in stores are limited, inconvenient, and unsafe. Our houses are equipped with: Internet, heat/AC, forced air ventilation, UV self-cleaning, vet-grade materials, and remote visual monitoring. Having operated a network of our houses in NYC for the past 14 months, DogSpot has expanded outside of New York in 2018 and has partnered with 25 new cities. #SmarterTogether
