Municipalities can use state of the art pricing models to increase revenues and improve social welfare. Working class citizens are struggling to pay their bills, which has led municipalities to inreasingly rely upon debt collectors and "write off" these debts every few years. SERVUS uses artificial intelligence to design payment plans and incentivize higher participation among lower-income constituents, so that municipal fees are paid at higher rates earlier in the debt cycle.
