Open Opportunities
Due: August 8, 2024
The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide and implement a cloud-based contract life cycle management solution (SaaS). The City’s goal is to improve business processes by implementing a contracts management software system that will help staff create contracts by applying standards, policies, and tools that speed up creation, while reducing risk. The system should allow staff to track the drafting of the contract document, employ approval workflows, track the contract key items such as expiration date, renewal date, deliverables, and provide a central contract document repository once executed. Additionally, the City is looking for a platform to integrate with the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Tyler MUNIS), Laserfiche and other City systems.
