The HourVoice Labor Standards Workbench helps states and municipalities better leverage their limited enforcement budgets.

HourVoice "crowdsources" labor standards data collection from employees, through its Worker App. Workers answer daily questions about working conditions, and get educated on their rights in the workplace.

HourVoice aggregates this data and provides analytics that officials can use to identify potential violations of labor standards -- minimum wage, sick leave, scheduling, discrimination, and harassment. This data-driven enforcement complements traditional complaint-driven approaches.
