City Tech Collaborative's CUTgroup is a diverse 2000+ member civic engagement program, committed to involving residents throughout the technology discovery and development process in civic and government spaces. The group has provided input in over 30 different local user design exercises and our members have played an integral role in providing valuable feedback early in the design process.
City Tech is building out civic user testing in cities across the country and developing a collaborative program across a network of cities to better facilitate knowledge sharing and allow for the development of best practices in civic user testing. If you are interested in developing a CUTgroup in your community, we can also provide support and training to effectively recruit and utilize your own civic user testing group.
