Kansas City seeks a modern solutions and/or systems to optimize routes, minimize travel time, provide real-time fleet tracking, balance workload among vehicles, reduce fuel, driver, and maintenance costs, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the City program. The system should be a turnkey solution that has been successfully deployed in other government agencies’ and utility companies’ fleets.
