AI Code Enforcer

The Neighborhood Stabilization solution delivers a set of capabilities that help you conduct property surveys, measure the fragility of neighborhoods, track blight, demolition activity, and publish a focused set of information products for citizens in your community.

Placemetry drives city streets with vehicle-mounted forward and side cameras, or installs its cameras on city fleet vehicles, and uses AI to analyze the imagery for public works and code enforcement. Forward imagery yields per-segment pavement condition (PCI), potholes, sign and lane-marking inventory, crosswalks and sidewalk condition, while side imagery flags property issues such as vacancy, illegal dumping and overgrown vegetation. Data is delivered through a web app, spreadsheet downloads, or a REST API and webhooks, with Esri ArcGIS and Cityworks integrations.

Manual inspections, vague 311 complaints, and limited staff slow everything down. Cases pile up. Residents get frustrated. PASS AI® shifts your team from reactive to proactive with mapped detections, rapid reporting, and smart filtering of recurring complaints.
