It targets small to mid-sized commercial operators and police forces looking to replace spreadsheets and paper records with a single operational system.
Aloft Air Control is an airspace authorization and fleet management platform and the largest FAA-approved UAS Service Supplier (USS) for LAANC by volume. Aloft crossed 1 million LAANC authorizations in September 2023 and self-reports a majority share of US LAANC traffic; the vendor's own pages quote 50%, 70% and 85% in different places, and the FAA publishes no LAANC market-share data to arbitrate. It operates entirely offline, which supports data security and operation in areas without connectivity.
