AWARDS EHR Foothold Mental Health EHR is a configurable electronic health record platform designed for behavioral health agencies operating outpatient, inpatient, and community-based programs. It includes modules for treatment planning, scheduling, progress notes, billing, and medication tracking, along with FormBuilder and ReportBuilder tools for custom forms and reports. Add-on features such as E-Labs and E-Prescribing connect the system to pharmacies and laboratories, while InSights Analytics provides dashboards covering demographics, billing, and referrals. The platform supports Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and direct contract billing workflows.
