Stakeholder Engagement and Public Outreach

Drawing on decades of grassroots organizing experience as well as employment in the non-profit, private and government sectors, the team at Nutter Consulting has developed a unique skill set that allows us to bridge communication gaps among diverse stakeholders and proactively engage multiple viewpoints.

Nutter Consulting recruits and manages a variety of stakeholders for new projects to leverage their expertise and to increase support.  Through research and work with city leaders, our team creates a stakeholder matrix identifying key cross-sector representatives within the community.  By engaging priority stakeholders through interviews and dynamic workshops, we can help with city develop a deeper understanding of their community's needs and prioritize smart city projects to implement for the greatest immediate impact.  This engagement process ultimately builds a strong network of local partners for support and implementation for smart city plans.
