Estimates flow into Procore's bid, contract and financial tools. Procore support documents a standalone version.

 ProEst Autodesk

ProEst is a cloud-based estimating application from Autodesk for general and civil contractors, combining cost estimating, 2D digital takeoff, a cost database and bid-day analysis. A conceptual estimating feature applies aggregated historical estimate data to early project budgets. Autodesk sells it within the Forma for Preconstruction bundle.

 Quick Bid ConstructConnect

Quick Bid is a Windows estimating application from On Center Software (ConstructConnect) for pricing line items, labor production and supplier quotes into bid proposals. Drawing takeoff is done in its companion product, On-Screen Takeoff, which feeds quantities into Quick Bid. Both are licensed per seat with annual maintenance.
