Passio Transit Passio supplies automatic passenger counting as one module of a modular transit platform aimed at campuses, municipalities and specialised fleets. Counting runs on a ruggedised Android mobile data terminal, with fully automated counting available through a sensor partnership, and data flows to Passio Navigator, the cloud dashboard and reporting tool. Passenger data is recorded with time, date, location, stop, route and passenger type, and can be surfaced to riders through the Passio GO app. The wider platform covers CAD/AVL, automated voice announcements, LED signage and ID-card boarding validation.

This single-connection, modular and swappable device natively connects to other onboard devices for the control and collection of data. All configuration information, collected data, and communication is handled through our secured web portal with individual logins at central dispatch.
