False Alarm Management Solution delivered as a fully administered program in which PM AM staff handle permitting, false alarm tracking and invoicing, collections, appeals and monthly reconciliation. FAMS takes data from any CAD/RMS system and provides an online portal and mobile app for registration, renewal and payment. PM AM also offers complimentary ordinance-development help. The company sells other products (HCM, Crime Disruptor), so GovSpend totals must be filtered to alarm line items.
