Our Products

Securus Investigator Pro Voice biometric investigative analysis tool that identifies incarcerated individuals on phone calls and exposes callers attempting to hide their identity.

Inmate Communication Securus Technologies provides one of the most widely used communications platforms in corrections, offering phone service, voicemail, video communication, electronic mail, and digital mail processing within a single system. Their NextGen Secure Communications Platform brings calls, messaging, and video together in a centralized interface built to increase speed to data, automate operations, and give staff tools for investigations, monitoring, and real-time alerts. Facilities can use features like covert notifications, customizable dashboards, contact profiles, and consolidated activity streams, while families rely on services such as Securus eMessaging, Securus Video Connect, and lobby kiosks for funding accounts or making deposits. The company also operates a Digital Mail Center where incoming mail is opened, scanned, and uploaded electronically, reducing contraband risks and easing the burden on mailroom staff. Across these tools, Securus focuses on improving connectivity for incarcerated individuals while giving agencies more control, visibility, and efficiency in their daily operations.

XJAIL Securus Technologies' XJAIL provides jail management software for correctional facilities.

Securus Lobby Kiosk Introducing the Securus Lobby Kiosk™, a durable and reliable way to provide facility visitors a convenient method to fund prepaid calling accounts or make a trust account deposit by cash or credit/debit cards. The Securus Lobby Kiosk accommodates this need while eliminating the necessity of staffing and operating a traditional cash window.
